Staff
Invite your people — drivers, operators, managers — by email. Give each person one or more roles (which control what they can see), and assign the specific vehicles or equipment they handle. Finances stay yours by default.
Time clock
Your crew clock in from the app. A location shows only while someone is clocked in or has chosen to share it, and disappears the moment they stop.
Roles & what each can see
A role is a set of permissions (e.g. "Drivers", "Shop managers"). A staff member can hold several at once.
