Creates a customer account and, if you have their vehicles, builds the fleet with it — parts included and already confirmed, so their dashboard is useful the first time they sign in. This replaces the spreadsheet importer, which left every part unconfirmed and showed new customers a screen full of zeros.
Their email becomes their sign-in. Everything else can be changed later from their own settings.
Optional — you can create the account now and add vehicles later. Make, model and current odometer are what matter; the rest is nicety. Each vehicle gets the full parts catalogue, with wear estimated from its mileage and capped so an older vehicle doesn't arrive drowning in overdue alerts.
Cars, pickups, SUVs and vans only. For motorcycles, ATVs, boats, trailers or machines, create the account without them. The customer adds them on their dashboard, which knows vehicle types: + Add vehicle or + Add equipment for one at a time, or Inventory > Import a list (CSV or Airtable) for a whole list.
