Things people sent in that need a decision.
People who submitted their email from the website to join the closed test.
Check the Phone column — Android and iPhone testers need
opposite things, and the form has always let people choose:
Android → add the email in
Play Console → Testing → Closed testing → your track → Testers,
then email them your opt-in link so they can install.
iPhone → add the email as an external tester in
App Store Connect → TestFlight; Apple sends the
invitation itself.
Both → do both, then mark added once.
Mark each one "added" here so you know who is already in.
The flow: they submit their email here → you add the email to the
Play Console tester list → you send them the opt-in link → they accept and
install → they create their account inside the app (not on the website).

People who applied to become a referral partner from the website. Review each one, then Approve to create their referral code and assign their role in one step (it reuses the same code-creation and role tools below), or Decline. If the person hasn't created an account yet, the code is still made — you can assign the role later once their account exists.

Every registered account, counted by the country on its profile. Darker countries have more users — hover any country for its exact count. Accounts that never set a country are tallied separately below the map (they don't appear on it).
(Re)build the view-only showcase logins — customer, mechanic, partner, plus 39 industry demos spanning construction & trades, automotive, transport, public sector, and industrial/marine/aviation (incl. roofing, concrete, junk removal, county gov, power linemen, logging, mining, marina, shipyard, airport) — with trucks, vans & hour-metered equipment. The demo buttons sign in for you, so nobody needs the password. Safe to re-run; existing demo vehicles are replaced.
Run-once actions that write referral/perk config. Safe to re-run — they're idempotent and existing counters/grants are preserved.
Grant the gps role so an account can open the GPS map & data page and see every reporting vehicle (the data the tracking code publishes). This is independent of their mechanic/partner/admin role. Customers don't need this — they reach their own vehicles' map automatically when a vehicle has the GPS add-on.
Not in use yet: customers pay by card through Stripe today. This connects QuickBooks only if you later move billing there, and it needs the Intuit app keys set up on the backend first (ask Claude). Click Connect, approve in the QuickBooks tab, then come back and Check status.
Permanent. Every delete asks you to retype the email and is recorded in the admin log.
