Owner email → that person can edit the app on the hub. Testing needs 12 testers to start the 2-week (Apple + Google) window; you can set a launch date or end early once approved.
Added apps appear on the hub right away — testers can sign up before they're live. When closed testing opens, use Notify ready to email everyone who signed up.
