For Statewide Building Maintenance

Your Tennant scrubbers, maintained by the hour.

Every T300, T500, T350, T7 and B5/B7 has its own maintenance chart in Tennant's manuals. We follow those charts. Log a machine's hour meter and every part shows whether it's fine, coming due, or overdue, before a machine goes down mid-shift.

A thank-you, for 10 years.

One year for every year we've worked together: each account gets 1 company vehicle free, and up to 5 machines free from a pool of 10 shared across Nationwide and Statewide, through September 2036. Every machine or vehicle beyond that is 20% off. The code NATIONWIDE is already filled in when you create your account.

The rest of the cleaning equipment

Floor buffers, carpet extractors and restroom cleaning machines are tracked the same way, by the hour. Their parts start from our own estimates and sharpen as your crews log real replacements.

Built around the hour meter

Log a machine's hours and every part we track on it updates from that one reading. No spreadsheets to keep in sync.

A QR sticker on every machine

Scan it with any phone to open that machine's page and log its hours. The same stickers work on mop buckets, carts and supplies.

Every crew, every building

Assign each machine to the crew that runs it and see what's coming due across every site you service.

Order before it fails

Everything coming due across all your machines sits in one list, so parts get ordered before a machine is down, not after.

The manual behind the numbers

Floor-scrubber intervals follow the maintenance chart in Tennant's T300 operator manual — solution filter every 50 hours, batteries and terminals every 200, vacuum motor carbon brushes at 750, brush and drive motors at 1,250.

Squeegee blades and pads are replaced on condition, not on a schedule, so they start from our own estimate and sharpen as you log real replacements. Tracking never replaces the daily checks in your machine's operator manual.
